REFUND POLICY
To be eligible for a refund you must contact us before 7:30pm on the day you have purchased your bingo books to be in play. If you have not received your bingo books in time, we will offer you bingo books for an alternative date. Alternatively, if you wish to receive a refund, please email us at info@sunbeambingo.ie before 7.30pm on the day your bingo session is on.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
